Julio was recommended by another realtor I know from my home town. Julio is professional, courteous, well versed with the area and above all, he listens and provides valuable inputs and let you make decision. I worked with him to get some assistance on getting a property rented out from out of state. He didn't waste any time in getting property advertise, market, schedule showings and was able to get a tenant soon. Julio was absolutely professional, competent, efficient, and soft all the minor details of my property sale. I highly recommend him because it was not an easy sale. So it was pretty quick and it was resolved within a couple of months. It was a cash sale And the property had some minor repairs to be done. Highly recommend him as an agent.
